Primary drama: One race to watch

Most legislative races don’t get much attention, especially in the August primary.  But the State Senate race in the 35th district, stretching across Mason County and parts of Thurston and Kitsap, is particularly intriguing in the primary.  Incumbent Democrat Tim Sheldon, who attracted statewide attention when he crossed party lines to caucus with Republicns, is now being challenged from both the left and the right.  Will he survive the August election?  Analysis from Crosscut columnist Knute Berger and political analyst Ben Anderstone.
